Lincoln Lutheran will use its Champions Program to introduce elementary and middle school students to the great sport of wrestling. The Champions Program’s mission is to provide area boys and girls a Christ-centered approach to learning the fundamentals of the sport and competing at a high level to His glory. These practices will be designed for first-time wrestlers. Coaches will be teaching the fundamentals of wrestling and skills to be a successful athlete.
Participating in this program is a great way for your son to experience wrestling in a safe environment, while becoming a better athlete for any sport they play in the future. Wrestling will increase your athlete’s strength, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and more.
